Указанные нормы могут содержаться в разных нормативных правовых актах субъекта Российской Федерации прямого действия (например, регулирующие вопросы налоговой политики в отношении конкретных видов инвестиций, порядка заключения договоров с субъектами предпринимательской и инвестиционной деятельности и др.). В таком случае информация о таких нормативных правовых актах должна быть в доступной, логически связанной форме изложена на интернет-портале об инвестиционной деятельности в субъекте Российской Федерации.
